RETURN & REFUND POLICY 💕

All custom and personalized items are made especially for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check all names, colors, designs, cup styles, and customization details before submitting your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we made an error with your order, we will work with you to make it right. 💗

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once work has begun on your custom item, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

PLEASE NOTE
Slight variations in glitter placement, colors, handmade designs, and other custom details may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of each item and are not considered defects.
